The Signature Hotel Amman

The location of this hotel is great, just across from Amman Citadel Hill, it's close to anywhere, Nabel is kindly warm, enthusiasm and can provide all the help you need, the rooms are clean and comfortable, especially the breakfast is great.

Room was a good size. Staff were really helpful. Hot water for shower. Kettle in room. Extra pillows provided upon asking. Great customer service. The citadel and roman theatre is a short (albeit uphill!) Walk from the hotel. Rainbow Street not far although wasn't very exciting when we went there. Parking for free on site. Elevators available for any accessibility considerations

Amazing reception employees were super supportive in resolving an issue I faced with my reservation. Special thanks to Mr. Nabeel whom I had the pleasure of catching his name, I would love to also thank another gentleman and the lady at the reception that I didn’t get a chance to get their names and thanks them personally.

Great hotel, friendly staff, great facilities, quiet and modern hotel overlooking the Citadel Mountain. Location next to downtown and tourist attractions. Great experience. Thanks to the hotel staff I felt like I was at home.
