The location of this hotel is great, just across from Amman Citadel Hill, it's close to anywhere, Nabel is kindly warm, enthusiasm and can provide all the help you need, the rooms are clean and comfortable, especially the breakfast is great.

Everything was perfect, Mr. Nabeel and the reception team were very hospitable and even care about the small details during my stay. They provided heater in the room which is something good and uncommon among other similar rate hotels Location is good, almost 8 minuites walking to the downtown. Wifi was good as well You're doing great, keep going...

Room was a good size. Staff were really helpful. Hot water for shower. Kettle in room. Extra pillows provided upon asking. Great customer service. The citadel and roman theatre is a short (albeit uphill!) Walk from the hotel. Rainbow Street not far although wasn't very exciting when we went there. Parking for free on site. Elevators available for any accessibility considerations

Large, comfortable room, very kind staff (thank you in particular to Nabil for his care and attention, he was there to greet me despite a very late arrival and helped with tour arrangements in Wadi Rum, which worked very well). Breakfast was very large, and tasty. I also liked the location - easy to walk to downtown or Paris Square. Very happy with my 3 nights here.

The location is so central. The staff made us feel so welcome. Particularly Nabil who went above and beyond to settle us in, gave us tips on our onward journey and made us feel so at home and cared for.

Great hotel, friendly staff, great facilities, quiet and modern hotel overlooking the Citadel Mountain. Location next to downtown and tourist attractions. Great experience. Thanks to the hotel staff I felt like I was at home.

Nabil was an amazing host who made us feel comfortable and at home. The hotel’s location is great—just an 8-minute walk to downtown. The older gentleman at security was also very kind and friendly.
